The said 0.0093 acre tract ofland being described more <br />particularly in metes and bounds as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a set iron rod at the Southeast comer of the said 0.0093 acre tract ofland, <br />said comer also being the Southeast comer of the said 100 ft. by 104.5 ft. tract of land, said <br />comer also being the Northeast comer of a called 218 ft. by 104.5 ft. tract of land conveyed from <br />1. Franklin Taylor to James McNeal and wife, Johnna McNeal on December 11, 2000, recorded <br />in Vol. 1033, Page 185 of the Real Property Records of said County, said comer also being in the <br />West boundary line of Still house Road; <br /> <br />Thence N 88043'36" W, with the South boundary line of the said 0.0093 acre tract ofland <br />and the North boundary line of the called 218 ft. by 104.5 ft. tract of land, a distance of 4.52 feet <br />to a set iron rod at the Southwest comer of the said 0.0093 acre tract ofland; <br /> <br />Thence N 00047'53" E, with the West boundary line of the said 0.0093 acre tract ofland, <br />a distance of 100.00 feet to a set iron rod at the Northwest comer of the said 0.0093 acre tract of <br />land, said comer also being in the South boundary line ofa called 4.712 acre tract conveyed from <br />1.
