<br />P4~a.( 9 <br /> <br />FIELD NOTES <br />City of Paris <br />0.0172 Acres <br />Seals Tract <br />March 2003 <br /> <br />Being 0.0172 acres of land, situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, <br />County of Lamar, State of Texas, being a part of the Reddin Russell Survey, Abstract Number <br />786, also being a part of a called 1.5 acre tract of land conveyed from 1. L. Jenkins and wife, <br />Jennie Jenkins to George T. Seals and wife, Louise Seals, on March 27, 1954, recorded in Vol. <br />336, Page 397 of the Deed Records of said County and a called 1.588 acre tract ofland conveyed <br />from Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, a Missouri Corporation to George T. Seals and <br />wife, Louise Seals, on December 3, 1976, recorded in Vol. 586, Page 55 of the Deed Records of <br />said County. The said 0.0172 acre tract of land being described more particularly in metes and <br />bounds as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a found iron rod at the Southeast comer of the said 1.588 acre tract ofland, <br />said comer also being in the West boundary line of existing Stillhouse Road, said beginning point <br />also being the Northeast comer ofa called 4.712 acre tract ofland conveyed from L. Franklin <br />Taylor to James McNeal and wife, Johnna McNeal on April 1, 1997, recorded in Vol. 686, Page <br />213 of the Real Property Records of said County; <br /> <br />Thence N 89052'15" W, with the boundary line between the said 4.712 acre tract ofland <br />and the said 1.588 acre tract of land, a distance of2.58 feet to a set iron rod at the Southwest <br />comer of the said 0.0172 acre tract ofland; <br /> <br />Thence N 00047'53" E, with the West boundary line of the said 0.0172 acre tract ofland, <br />a distance of 199.67 feet to a set iron rod in the North boundary line of the said 1.588 acre tract of <br />land, said comer also being in the South boundary line of the said 1.5 acre tract of land; <br /> <br />Thence continuing N 00047'53" E, with the West boundary line of the said 0.0172 acre <br />tract ofland, a distance of 173.09 feet to a set iron rod at the Northwest comer of the said 0.0172 <br />acre tract of land, said comer also being in the South boundary line of existing Stillhouse Road; <br /> <br />Thence S 61058'01" E, with the North boundary line of the said 0.0172 acre tract ofland <br />and the South boundary line of said existing Stillhouse Road, a distance of 0.19 feet to a set iron <br />rod at the Northeast comer of the said 0.0172 acre tract ofland; <br /> <br />Thence South, with the East boundary line of the said 0.0172 acre tract ofland and the <br />West boundary line of said existing Stillhouse Road, a distance of 173.00 feet to a found iron rod <br />at the Southeast comer of the said 1.5 acre tract of land, said comer also being the Northeast <br />comer of the said 1.588 acre tract ofland; <br /> <br />Thence S 00047'52" W, with the East boundary line of the said 1.588 acre tract ofland <br />and the West boundary line of said existing Stillhouse Road, a distance of 199.66 feet to the point <br />of beginning, containing 0.0172 acres ofland. <br />
