<br />Being 0.0747 acres of land, situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris,
<br />County of Lamar, State of Texas, being a part of the Reddin Russell Survey, AbstractNumber
<br />786, also being a part of a called 1.596 acre tract of land, conveyed from Ollie Varner to
<br />Marcella Varner Matney, in October 1996, recorded in Vol. 643, Page 30 of the Real Property
<br />Records of said County. The said 0.0747 acre tract of land being described more particularly in
<br />metes and bounds as follows:

<br />Beginning at a found iron rod at the Southwest corner of the said 1.596 acre tract of land,
<br />said comer also being in the North boundary line of Clement Road
<br />
<br />Thence N 00047'32" E, with the West boundary line of the said 1.596 acre tract ofland, a.
<br />distance of289.71 feet to a found iron rod at the Northwest corner ofthe said 1.596 acre tract of
<br />land, said comer also being the Southwest corner ofa called 15.946 acre tract conveyed from
<br />Ollie B. Varner to Don A. Ensey, on September 28,2000, recorded in Vol. 1013, Page 303 of the
<br />Real Property Records of said County;

<br />Thence S 83005'02" E, with the North boundary line of the said 1.596 acre tract ofland
<br />and the South boundary line of the said 15.946 acre tract ofland, a distance of 11.34 feet to a set
<br />iron rod at the Northeast corner of the said 0.0747 acre tract of land;
<br />
<br />Thence S 00047'58" W, with the East boundary line of the said 0.0747 acre tract of land, a
<br />distance of288.33 feet to a set iron rod at the Southeast corner of the said 0.0747 acre tract of
<br />land, said corner also being in the North boundary line of said Clement Road;
<br />
<br />Thence S 89054'05" W, with the South boundary line of the said 0.0747 acre tract ofland
<br />and the North boundary line of said Clement Road, a distance of I 1.24 feet to the point of
<br />beginning, containing 0.0747 acres of land.

<br />This conveyance is made subject to any and all easements that are of record and not of
<br />record in the Land Records of Lamar County, Texas, that are apparent, visible and ascertainable
<br />by inspection on the ground, including any buried beneath the surface of the ground for servicing
