The said 0.0747 acre tract of land being described more particularly in <br />metes and bounds as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a found iron rod at the Southwest corner of the said 1.596 acre tract of land, <br />said comer also being in the North boundary line of Clement Road <br /> <br />Thence N 00047'32" E, with the West boundary line of the said 1.596 acre tract ofland, a. <br />distance of289.71 feet to a found iron rod at the Northwest corner ofthe said 1.596 acre tract of <br />land, said comer also being the Southwest corner ofa called 15.946 acre tract conveyed from <br />Ollie B. Varner to Don A.
