Grade separation ( overpass) at Pine Mill and Loop 286 <br />2. Widen Lamar Ave. to include a center turn lane from 20th N.E. (p.M. 195) to Collegiate <br />3. Add a turn lane for north bound traffic on 20th St. N.E. (p.M. 195) to turn onto Pine Bluff <br />and construct a signal light at Pine Bluff and 20th St. N.E. (p.M. 195) <br />4. Widen 19th N.W. (p.M. 79) to include a center turn lane from Bonham St. to Loop 286 <br />5. Construct a signa1light at 19th S.W. (p.M. 137) and Loop 286 <br />6. Widen Pine Mill Road from Loop 286 to Reno to a Collector level street (39 feet back to <br />back width) <br />7. Widen and realign Collegiate from Jefferson Road (F.M. 1508) to Loop 286 to a <br />Collector level street (39 feet back to back width) <br />8. Grade separation at Collegiate and Loop 286 <br />9. Widen 1st St. N.W. and construct a cross over to North Main at MLK in order to make it <br />one-way for south bound traffic and convert North Main to a one-way street for north <br />bound traffic from Graham St. to MLK <br />10.
