This site occupies approximately 150 linear feet of <br />street frontage. There are approximately .5165 acres of undeveloped land on which <br />the new building and parking lot will be constructed. The building is serviced <br />by City water and sewer. The power is supplied by Texas Utilities Company and <br />gas by Texas Utilities. This is flat land which drains away from the building toward <br />the street. There is surface water drainage at the curb. This area is zoned <br />Neighborhood Services. There are commercial businesses on the same block to the <br />south of this site, and open undeveloped land to the northwest.
