The said <br />0.1546 acre tract ofland being described more particularly in metes and bounds as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a found iron rod at the Northeast comer of the said 5.566 acre tract <br />ofland, said comer also being in the West right-of-way line of~. S. Highway 271, said <br />comer also being the Southeast comer of a called 2.172 acre tract of land, conveyed from <br />Billy Beck Oakley and wife, Kathleen Oakley to Donald L.
