<br />Sheriff's Department Questionnaire <br /> <br />Sheriffs Department Questionnaire n/a <br /> <br />Please answer the following questions if the legal applicant is a sheriff's department <br />(established or start-up) as defined in the Application Instructions booklet on page 5. <br />Attach additional pages as needed. <br /> <br />1. Does your agency have primary law enforcement authority over the partner <br />school(s) into which you plan to deploy the SRO? If not, please list the name of <br />the agency that has the primary authority over the school(s). <br /> <br />2. In the space below, please break down the time spent by your entire department on <br />the following types of activities. For example: 50 percent law enforcement duties; <br />30 percent courthouselbaiIiff duties; 20 percent jail duties (total should equal! 00 <br />percent). <br /> <br />3. Of tlle total amount of time spent on law enforcement duties (as indicated in <br />question #2), what percentage of that time is spent specifically on community <br />policing activities? <br /> <br />4.
