That a properly prepared Recount Petition was filed with the appropriate City election official; that beginning at 9:00 o'clock a.m. Monday, May 24, 2004, a recount of the votes of said election was conducted in accordance with state law and the City Charter; and that the results of said recount and the subsequent review and canvass thereof are as summarized herein.
