Monitors operations ensuring <br />efficiency of personnel and resources, works with <br />advisory board, and coordinates with Texas <br />Department of Public Safety. Will prepare grant <br />application and adjustments as needed for task force <br />operation within the Criminal Justice Division <br />guidelines to present to project director for approval <br />and signature. Will be responsible for compiling and <br />reporting statistical data reported to the Criminal <br />Justice Division, Texas A&M University, and Texas <br />Department of Public Safety. Supervises the <br />reviewing of investigative reports and is responsible <br />for the integrity and performance of the task force. <br />Keeps the project director, along with the Board of <br />Directors, aware of the operations of the unit, <br />develops policies and procedures. Will approve and <br />oversee all the field operations, investigations, and <br />execution of search warrants conducted by the <br />investigators. May also present law enforcement <br />educational programs to local clubs, associations, <br />schools, or meetings. Must be at least 21 years of <br />age and a certified peace officer in the State of Texas <br />and must maintain TCLOSE required hours of <br />training.
