The two Northern counties <br />border the State of Oklahoma. The two Southern counties are situated on <br />Interstate 30 between Dallas and Texarkana. The five counties make up <br />approximately 4,736 square miles and have a population of 128,111 <br />people. Approximately half of the populace lives in urban residential <br />districts. The remainder of the populace lives in the rural areas of the <br />counties and the economic base is rimaril derived from a riculture. <br />The audience to be targeted consists of all the narcotics traffickers, <br />especially the producers of methamphetamine using the Nazi Method. A <br />high priority emphasis will be placed on this audience to identify, <br />investigate, and indict all offenders whose criminal responsibility is at issue. <br />Another priority is the use of an interdiction officer/canine to interdict the <br />audience smuggling narcotics from the Dallas/Fort Worth area by the way <br />of Interstate 30 to desinations in the Eastern parts of the United States.
