The Water Utility Emergency Operations Plans included procedures to <br />respond to various levels of terrorist threat in response to the National Homeland <br />Security Advisory System Threat Conditions and specific incident response plans. <br /> <br />East Side Water Treotment Plant Vulnerability Assessments - City of Da/las, <br />Texas - The assessment identified vulnerable system components. Failures of system <br />components were analyzed for the impact on the City's ability to deliver treated <br />water to the system, Improvements to increase reliability were prioritized for inclusion <br />in the City's capital improvement program. <br /> <br />Risk Management Progroms - City of Son Angelo, Texas and 20+ other <br />facilities. Prepared chemical release prevention programs including hazard reviews, <br />off-site consequence analyses and detailed computer modeling of chemical release <br />scenarios, emergency planning, and process safety; and submitted Risk <br />Management Plans for facility compliance for chemical systems.
