<br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-045 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE <br />BillLDING AND STANDARDS COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARIS <br />TO SERVE THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF BILLY HILL, WHICH EXPIRES <br />JUNE 30 2004; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED <br />TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy in the membership of the Building and Standards <br />Commission of the City of Paris due to the resignation of Billy Hill, and it is necessary to appoint <br />his successor; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris does hereby recommend the appointment of <br />Greg Wilson to serve the unexpired term of Billy Hill, which ends June 30, 2004; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all things <br />approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. That Greg Wilson be, and he is hereby, appointed to serve the unexpired term <br />of Billy Hill, which ends June 30, 2004, as an alternate member of the Building and Standards <br />Commission of the City of Paris. <br /> <br />Section 3.
