That the Policy Statement, Criteria and Guidelines for Tax Abatement <br />:he City of Paris, Texas as previously adopted by City Council Resolution Nos. 2005-144 <br />l 2006-042 is hereby readopted and extended for two years or until such time that they <br />further amended by the City Council <br />Section 3. That the terms and conditions of the proposed Tax Abatement between <br />th City of Paris and Campbell Soup Supply Company LLC (Tax Abatement No. 16), having <br />be n reviewed by the City Council of the City of Paris and found to be acceptable and in the <br />be t interests of the City of Paris and its citizens, be, and the same are hereby, in all things, <br />ap roved. <br />Section 4. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the AGREEMENT and <br />all other documents in connection therewith on behalf of the City of Paris substantially <br />ac Zbit rding to the terms and conditions set forth in the AGREEMENT attached hereto as <br />Ex "A". <br />Section 5. That, by hereby granting the tax abatement, there will be no <br />su stantial adverse effect on the provision of City services or on its tax base. <br />Section 6. That the planned use of the property the subject of the tax abatement <br />wil not constitute a hazard to public safety, health, or morals. <br />Civ <br />by; <br />Section 7. That this approval and execution of the AGREEMENT on behalf of the <br />is not conditional upon approval and execution of any other tax abatement agreement <br />ny other taxing entity. <br />Section B.
