CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION STAlFE OF TEXAS CO TY OF LAMAR The City of Paris has heretofore included the property known as the Campbell Soup Plant and epicted in Exhibit A attached hereto into the City of Paris Enterprise Zone ("Enterprise Zon and executed a tax abatement agreement with Campbell Soup Supply Company LLC for certn real property and personal property improvements to be made at the Campbell Soup Plant ("Im rovements"). Campbell Soup has made the Improvements to the Plant as provided in the Tax Aba ment Agreement dated Nov, 24, 2008 and based upon personal inspection and/or info ation provided by Campbell Soup, the City of Paris has verified that the Improvements wer in fact completed, as provided. NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the terms of said tax abatement agreement, the ity of Paris authorizes that the property described herein shall receive a tax abatement of 100 0 of the taxes assessed upon the completed value of the Improvements beginning with tax year 2010 for a duration of ten years. .
