661 <br /> <br /> PARIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2001-009 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE PARIS <br /> ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ESTABLISHING THE <br /> MONTHLY MEETING SCHEDULE; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND <br /> PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in keeping with Section 5.02 of the Bylaws of the Paris Economic <br />Development Corporation, the President is obligated to, at the beginning of his term, set the <br />regular meeting dates and times for the upcoming year; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PARIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />CORPORATION: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all . <br />things approved. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the monthly meetings of the Paris Economic Development Corporation <br />be, and the same are hereby, set for 4:00 o'clock p.m. on the following dates: August 22, 2001; <br />September 19, 2001; October 17, 2001; November 21, 2001; December 19, 2001; January 23, <br />2002; February 20, 2002; March 20, 2002; April 17, 2002; May 22, 2002; June 19, 2002; and <br />July 24, 2002. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
