Xuan Thu Thi Pham, 221 81h Street N.E., spoke in favor of the petition. Ms. Pham stated wants to conduct spa, skin care business from her home. Will not have adverse impact on the area. Ms. Pham further stated she will be the only one working there. She is prepared to pave and screen necessary parking. B. Presented a letter from Rosemary Gregory stating her opposition to the petition. C. Public hearing was declared closed. Motion was made by Curtis Fendley, seconded by Bill Harris to approve the zoning be changed to Neighborhood Service District (NS). Motion carried 4-0. ITEMS 3.13. AND 5. WERE COMBINED: 3.
