Therefore, in the <br />event that Jurisdiction should breach this provision and without limiting any other remedy that may be available to <br />BVNA, Jurisdiction shall pay to BVNA a sum equal to the employee's current annual salary plus 12 additional <br />months of the employee's current annual salary for training of a new employee as liquidated damages. <br />Interpretation of Agreement <br />This Agreement shall be interpreted as though prepared by all parties and shall not be construed unfavorably against <br />either party. <br />Performance Guidelines <br />BVNA shall provide certified and licensed persons for the enfarcement of the adopted codes and ensure that all <br />permits and inspections will be processed in a timely manner, consistent with the administration section of said <br />codes. BVNA shall provide plan review and inspection services for Jurisdiction in accordance with the terms and <br />provisions of this agreement and Performance Standards attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "C". <br />Termination <br />This agreement may be terminated without penalty by either party with 60 days written notice. Upon receipt of <br />notice to terminate this Agreement, BVNA shall complete all pending applications, plan review and/or inspection <br />services and return all files, plans, permits or other documents to the City of Paris, Texas c/o Community <br />Development Department, P.O. Box 9037, Paris, Texas 75461-9037. <br />Notice <br />Any notice required to be given under this Agreement shall be delivered by courier or by First Class U.S. Mail to the <br />following: <br />`City of Paris, Texas, attention Director of Community Development, 150 IS` Street SE, Paris Texas 75460'. <br />` Bureau Veritas, NA.
