<br />A. General.

<br />These assurances shall be complied with in the performance of grant agree, airport plannmg,
<br />and noise compatibiliry program grants for airport sponsors.

<br />refeused herein, the term "public agency sponsor" means a public agency wich control of a Public-use ai~ort; the term ' "private
<br />sponsor" means a private owner of a public-use airport; and the tertn "sponsor" includes both public agency sponsors and
<br />private sponsors.
<br />3. Upon acceptance of the grant offer by the sponsor, these assurances are incorporated in and become part of the grant
<br />agreement.
