9. Pay any additional costs incurred by the Elections Office if a recount for the election is <br />required, or the election is contested in any manner by a contracting Jurisdiction as <br />applicable. <br />10. Provide services as listed in Sec. 31.096 of the Texas Election <br />Code. (Accept applications from candidates). <br />11. Provide to the Elections Office a copy of the election notices and orders and any <br />Department of Justice submissions. <br />12.
