West 261 feet from <br />the NEC of the 38 acre tract mentioned above, also being a point in the SBL of U.S. <br />HighWay No. 271; <br />THENCE SOL'TH 201 feet to an Z.P. for a corner; <br />TFiENCE NORTH 85 deg. West 170 feet to an I.P. for a corner; <br />THENCE NORTH 243 feet to an I.P. for a corner, same being in the SBL of U.S. Highway <br />271; <br />T'rIENCE with the SBL of said Hwy.
