NORTHEAST TEXAS LIBRARY SYSTEM <br />One member, one alternate; two year terms; Library Advisory Board recommends and <br />City Council appoints. <br />The Northeasf Texas Library System (NETLS) serves the public libraries in 33 counties <br />in the northeast corner of the state.
