The applicants desire to remove the Planned Development designation from the property <br />so that changes to the building layout, parking, and driveway approaches may be made through staff <br />approval only. A Planning and Zoning Commission motion to approve this request failed by a vote of 3- <br />3. One person spoke in favor of the request and no one spoke against it.
