6. Discussion and/or action regarding Lamar County Coinmissioners' Court <br />receiving certificates of completion from the U.S. Department of Homeland <br />Security. Commissioner Kevin Jenkins has successfully completed, I-300 <br />Intermediate ICS for Expanding Incidents, and I-400 Advanced ICS for <br />Command and General Staff - Complex Incidents. - M.C. Superville, Jr., <br />County Judge <br />7. Discussion and/or action by Lamar County Commissioners' Court to <br />prohibit outdoor burning in the unincorporated portions of the county per <br />section 352.081 of the Texas Loca1 Government Code. Currently there is a <br />burn ban order in effect and this item is in regards to continuing or lifting the <br />current burn ban order. - M.C. Superville, Jr, County Judge <br />8. Discussion and/or action regarding Lamar County Commissioners' Court <br />entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with the State of Texas in <br />which it is agreed that Lamar County will purchase certain fingerprint <br />software for the Lamar County Sheriffls Office and the State of Texas will <br />then reimburse Lamar County for the purchase. The software will streamline <br />the Sheriff s book-in system by integraring the "Live Scan" fingerprint <br />system with the current Lamar County book-in system. Discussion and/or action regarding Lamar County Commissioners' Court <br />demolishing and removing the "Hickory House' building located at 35 <br />Graham Street. - M.C.
