Other Qualifications <br />Necessary knowledge and understanding of relevant municipal, state, and federal statutes, rules, and <br />regulations. <br />Physical Demands <br />While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, <br />handle, or feel. Duties also require the ability to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to <br />sit and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or <br />balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 <br />pounds and occasionally lift andlor move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job <br />include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus. The physical demands described here <br />are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential <br />functions of this job.
