1.6 The Contractor shall provide i Checki st" f attched and/or <br />Full <br />project as specified m the Insurane <br />limits of insurance required by the checkiist attached shali be available for <br />claims arising out of this contract and/or project. <br />1.7 The Contractor covenants to save, defend, hold harmless and indemnify <br />the City and its elected officials, officers and employees (col1ectiVely the <br />"City") from and against any and all claims, loss, damage, injury, cost <br />(including court costs and attome)'s fees), charges, liability or exposure, <br />however caused, resulting from or arising out of or in any way connected <br />with the Contractor's perFormance or non-performance of the terms of the <br />Contract Documents or its obligations under the Contract. This <br />indemnification shall continue in full force and effect until the Contractor <br />completes all of the work required under the Contract, except <br />or <br />indemnification shall continue for all claims involving p oducts <br />completed operations after final acceptance of the work by the City for <br />which the City gives notice to the Contractor after the City's final <br />acceptance of the work. <br />1.8 The Contractor shall be responsi for all mawork tenals rftoots ~ equ~pment, <br />contract and every part thereof, and <br />appliances, and property of any and all descriptions used in connection <br />with -the work.
