West with the Lake Crook tract 302.6 varas; <br /> THENCE SOUTH 2 Deg. West 388 varas to the NB line of FM Road 79; <br /> THENCE with the NB line of FM Road 79 as follows: South 41 Deg. East 312.8 varas; South 50 <br /> Deg. East 69.5 varas; South 60 Deg. East 66.2 varas; South 68.5 Deg. East 36 varas; South 74 Deg. East <br /> 101.5 varas to the place of beginning, containing 40.82 acres of land, and being the same property <br /> described in deeds to J. T.
