Brady Environmental Services, Inc. <br />1.1.9 Disposal <br />1.1.9.1 All asbestos-containing material and suspected <br />asbestos-containing material, including all <br />polyethylene, will be double- bagged in 6-mil <br />polyethylene bags with the required "DANGER" <br />label. Bulk materials shall be wrapped in two or more <br />layers of 6-mil poly and properly labeled. All waste <br />shall be labeled with the name of the owner, the <br />location of the facility, and the name of the contractor <br />in one-half inch high letters with the label attached to <br />the inside layer so it can be read through the outside. <br />All waste containers shall be wet wiped or washed. <br />Disposal shall be at a Type I Municipal Solid Waste <br />Disposal site as permitted by the Texas Commission <br />on Environment Quality (TCEQ/Texas Deparhnent of <br />State Health Services). All material shall be disposed <br />of on waste shipment records as specified in the <br />NESHAP regulations or on a TCEQ Hazardous Waste <br />Manifest. The owner's address shall be shown as <br />follows <br />City of Paris <br />PO Box 9037 <br />Paris, Texas 75461 <br />and will be signed by an authorized representative of <br />the owner. All D.O.T. regulations shall be complied <br />with in regard to the transporting of the asbestos- <br />containing materials. <br />1.1.9.2 Twenty-four (24) hours' notice shall be given prior to <br />the hauling of asbestos-containing materials to the <br />landfill. Brady Environmental Services, Inc. reserves <br />the right to follow all asbestos-containing material to <br />the landfill.. <br />1.1.93 The transportation of asbestos-containing waste <br />materials to the landfill shall be conducted only by <br />individuals licensed by the State of Texas as an <br />asbestos transporter.
