Brady Environmental Services, Inc. <br />III. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS <br />Part 2- Replacement / Build Back <br />2.1 All replacement materials shall be subject to approval by owner. Construction <br />materials supplied by contractor shall be new and shall conform to applicable <br />standards and specifications. All materials shall be subject to inspection by owner <br />and shall be from a reputable manufacturer currently engaged in the production of <br />such materials. <br />2.2 Installation of all such materials shall be in strict accordance with manufacturer's <br />specifications. All tradesmen employed for new construction and replacement of <br />materials shall be skilled and knowledgeable in their assigned tasks. <br />2.3 Currently, no build back materials work is planned under this contract. Such items <br />would constitute a change order for all such work where requested. <br />. 000215 <br />
