Brady Environmental Services, Inc. <br />ABATEMENT PROJECT <br />AGREEMENT <br />This agreement made this day of in the year 2009, by and <br />between hereinafter called the contractor, and the City <br />of Paris, Texas, hereinafter called the owner, work to be covered under this contract <br />represents the following: <br />The contractor and the owner for the consideration hereinafter named agree as follows: <br />PART 1 <br />SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall furnish all of the materials and perform all of <br />the work shown on the drawings and described in the specifications entitled: Asbestos <br />Abatement Project Design Scope of Work - One Oak Place (655 Graham Street, Paris, <br />Texas), as prepared by Brady Environmental Services, Inc., consultant for the owner, <br />acting as and in these contract documents entitle the consultant and shall do everything <br />required by this agreement, the General Conditions of the Contract, the Supplemental <br />General Conditions, Special Conditions, Addenda, the Specifications, and the Drawings, <br />as prepared by Brady Environmental Services, Inc. <br />DRAWINGS: The following diagrams identify areas to be included as part of this <br />contract: Diagrams are used for additional information and may or may not encompass <br />the complete scope of work. <br />ALTERNATES: The following alternates, fully described in the specifications are <br />included as a part of this contract. <br />PART 2 <br />TIME OF COMPLETION: The work to be performed under this contract shall be <br />commenced as specified in the Scope of Work, and as stated in the proposal, and <br />completed within these time frames. The time set forth for completion of the wark is an <br />essential element of this contract. Failure to complete the project within the specified <br />time frame may subject the contractor to liquidated damages as set forth within the <br />specifications. <br />PART 3 <br />THE CONTRACT SUM: The owner shall pay the contractor for performances of the <br />contract, subject to additions and deduction as provided herein. The total lump sum of <br />) <br />represents the contract sum.
