<br />by vendor's lien note of the said George T. Seals and wife, Louise Seals
<br />of even date herewith, payable to Liberty National Bank in Paris, or
<br />order, at Paris, Texas, payable $39.85: on or before the lOth day of
<br />December, 1976, and $39.85 on or before the lOth day of each month there
<br />after until the amount is paid in full, paym'ents to apply first to
<br />accrued interest and then to principal, with interest thereon from date
<br />until paid at the rate of 10% per annum, interest payable monthly as
<br />it accrues, the vendor's lien retained herein is hereby transferred and
<br />assigned to Liberty National Bank in Paris and it is subrogated to all
