MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />FROM: Shawn Napier, An Director Engi , P <br />lanning & Development <br />DATE: April 29, 2009 <br />SUBJECT: Paris Towne Center 287 Addition <br />1 have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exceptions. <br />l. Change the name of the subdivision the current name is to similar to a current subdivision <br />2. Show and label the two different zonings on this lot <br />3. Show all water lines and storm sewer lines <br />4. Add a drainage easement for the existing concrete lined channel <br />5. Add emergency access easements (Fire Lanes) in the front and rear of the center <br />6.
