Agricultural Burn Permits shall be issued by the <br />Fire Code Official for property that is a minimum <br />of ten acres in size and is zoned agricultural by <br />the City of Paris. An agricultural burn permit will <br />be valid for one (1) full year and there shall be no <br />fee charged for its issuance. Only brush, limbs, <br />trees and other natural vegetation may be burned <br />at the discretion of the Fire Code Official, as long <br />as such material is generated only from that <br />property. <br />2. Standard Burn Permits shall be issued by the Fire <br />Code Official for disposal and recreational fires. <br />Only brush, limbs, trees, and clean, untreated <br />lumber may be burned. <br />(11) Section 105.7 shall be amended by deleting the following <br />subsections: 105.7.2, 105.7.3, 105.7.5, 105.7.7, 105.7.8, 105.7.13 <br />(12) Section 105.7.14 shall be added to read as follows: <br />105.7.14 Fire apparatus access road markings. A <br />construction permit is required to apply markings to fire <br />apparatus access roads. <br />(13) Section 106.2.1 shall be added to read as follows: <br />106.2.1 The Fire Code Official or his designated representative <br />shall inspect all buildings, premises, or portions thereof as often <br />as may be necessary. An initial inspection and one (1) re- <br />inspection shall be made free of charge. If the Fire Code Official <br />or his designee is required to make follow-up inspections after <br />the initial inspection and re-inspection to determine whether a <br />violation or violations observed during the previous inspection <br />have been corrected, a fee shall be charged. The occupant, <br />lessee, or person making use of the building or premises shall <br />pay said fee or fees within thirty (30) days of being billed as a <br />condition to continued lawful occupancy of the building or <br />premises. <br />6 <br />0 0 017 <br />
