I~7 addition to the i11u11ber oi assisted honlebL~yzrs that ha~~e incomes les~s tlasisisted homebuyers <br />and 50% of tlle AI~2FI as required abo~~e, ZERO (0) of tlle T~~'~ENT1 (-0) <br />shall ha~-e incomes that are less than or equal to slxty percent (60;0) of theA1~~1FI, as deiii~ed by <br />HUD. <br />In addition to t11e ntllnber of assisted homebuyers that have incomes less than or equal to 30%, <br />50% a11d60°% of the AMFI as required above, TWENTY (20) of the TWENTY (20) assisted <br />homebuyers sllall have incomes that are less than or equal to ei-hty percent (80%) of the AMFI, <br />as defined by HUD. <br />Administrator may use the funds provided under this contract to provide assistance to additional <br />homebuyers once the ininimum of TWENTY (20) have been assisted provided that the <br />additional homebuyers' incomes are less than or equal to eighty percent (80%) of the AMFI, as <br />defined by HUD, and all other requirements are met. <br />Stnand <br />Each unit must, at a minimum, meet or exceed the Texas MinamWell as Constr-uction <br />odas <br />(TMCS) or Colonia Housmg Standards, if located in a Colonia, <br />and zoning ordinances. For construction of single family affordable housing, Administrator must <br />exas <br />also ensure compliance with the universal design features establish §2306 <br />of the Texas <br />Government Code, the energy efficiency standards established by § <br />Government Code, energy standards as verified by- RESCHECK certification, and the <br />International Residential Codes, as required by Subchapter 6, Chapter 214, of the Local <br />Government Code. , _ <br />- - <br /> <br />Administrator is limited to serving homebuyers who certify the assisted unit will be their primary <br />residence, is located in the rural area of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, in Uniform <br />State Service region Number Four ~(4), andlierwise approvedtby the Depapmen pating <br />jurisdiction, as defined in 24 C.F.R. §9~.105, u less ot <br />MATCH <br />Administrator will provide match funds in the total amount of Fourteen Thousand and No/100 <br />Dollars ($14,000.00), as specified in its HOME Application, or other eligible match as approved <br />by Department. <br />Match funds must be reported on a pro-rata basis based on disbursements. Support <br />documentation evidencing the match contnbution must be submitted by Admimstrator upon <br />request for disbursernenti of funds for each project assisted, in aceordance with 24 C.F.R.
