SEWER EASEMENT ABANDONMENT <br />STATE OF TEXAS } <br />} KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR } <br />That the City of Paris, Texas a home rule municipal corporation of the <br />County of Lamar, State of Texas, acting by and through its City Manager, duly <br />authorized by Resolution No. 2009- . for and in consideration of the sum of <br />Ten and no/100 Dollars ($10.00) cash and other good and valuable <br />consideration, in cash, to it in hand paid by Rodgers-Wade Manufacturing <br />Company the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged; has <br />Abandoned, Sold and Conveyed, and by these presents does Abandon, Sell and <br />Convey unto the said Rodgers-Wade Manufacturing Company of the County <br />of Lamar, State of Texas, whose mailing address is 1401 SW 3rd Street, Paris, <br />Texas 75460, the City of Paris' interest in a portion of a sewer easement as <br />depicted in the survey attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A, and <br />as further described as follows: <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar <br />County, Texas, a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey , and being a <br />portion of that certain sewer line easement contained in Right of <br />Way Deed from Sallie Lee Lightfoot to the City of Paris dated <br />March 15, 1935, recorded in Book 242, Page 348, Lamar Counry <br />Deed Records and being the entirety and entire width of said <br />sewer easement along the following line: <br />BEGINNING AT A POINT 586 FEET North from the <br />beginning point of the above referenced sewer easement and <br />being in the south line of the Texas Midland right-of-way for spur <br />track; <br />THENCE with the South line of said Texas Midland <br />right-of-way (as it existed) in a Southwesterly direction 873 feet, <br />more or less, to the point where said Texas Midland right-of-way <br />EXHI~IT _L <br />
