Motion carried 6-0. 8. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat ofLot 1, BlockA, Par•is Towne Ceriter 287 Addition, being number 3552 Lamar Avenue. Shawn Napier stated that Oncor is requesting additional easements along the side and back of the property. Motion was made by Richard Hunt, seconded by Bill Harris to approve the Preliminary Plat, subject to the City Engineer's recommendations and with the additional easements requested by Oncor. Motion carried 6-0. 9. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, B1ockA, Paris Towne Center 287 Addition, being number 3552 Lamar Avenue. Motion was made by Richard Hunt, seconded by Bee Garmon to approve the Final Plat, subject to the City Engineer's recommendations and with the additional easements requested by Oncor. Motion carried 6-0. 10. Deliberate on an ordirzance prohibiting the installation of mobile homes within the city and reguiring a permit for the construction of, addition to or eztension of a HUD-code manufactui•ed home park (formerly called a mobile home park) and requiring a license to operate a HUD code manufactured home park and setting forth the site requirements, HUD code manufactur•ed home park standards and other prerequisites to the issuance of a permit or license, providing definitions, and pr•escribing regulations _for management of HUD-code manufactured home parks and providing fees, and containing penalties for the violation of this ordinance and contaifzing a severability clause. Commissioners reviewed and discussed draft ordinance. Commissioners schedule a meeting for the sub-committee to review the ordinance. Bee Garmon was added to the sub-committee. The commissioners directed the sub-committee to review the ordinance and bring back the draft at the June 1, 2009 meeting. 11.
