POLICY ISSUE(S): Plat Approval BACKGROUND: This property currently exists as lot 9 of City Block 258. The property owner would like to build a new duplex addition on the lot. This is the preliminary plat of the property you are reviewing for site plan approval on N.E. 25`h St adjacent to the water tower. The only civil site work that will need to be dedicated to the City of Paris will be curb and gutter construction along 25th St. Staff recommends approval of this preliminary plat so that the owner can start his curb and gutter work. BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: The Commission recommended approval of the preliminary plat, subject to City Engineer's recommendations by a vote of 6-0.
