These <br />items include ceiling repair, exterior painting, roof repair, floor repair, and standing water in the basement. <br />The estimated cost for these repairs is between $23,000 and $25,000. At its May 12, 2009 meeting, the <br />PEDC Board approved this transfer of funds. The City Council approves the PEDC budget as part of the <br />City's budget and therefore needs to approve any changes to that previously approved budget. This transfer <br />does not increase the total budget but moves $25,000 from line item 02-0002-11-01 (Existing Industry <br />Pro) ects) to line item 02-0401-11-01 (Building Maintenance). <br />BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approved by the PEDC board 5/12/09 <br />EXHIBITS: <br />PEDC Minutes dated May 12, 2009.
