Expenses that can be identified with a specific program or support
service are allocated directly according to their natural expenditure classification. Contracts
and grants included in nutrition programs are Care Coordination, Title III C1, Title III
C2, and Title XX Home Delivered Meals. Transportation services are provided to
eligible participants under a Title III B Transportation. Other programs consist of
Federal Emergency Financial Assistance.
*Housing - LCHRC owns Park Gardens North apartment complex that receives
supplemental rental income for low-income families from the Department of Housing
and Urban Development under Section 8.
Support programs include the following:
*Management and General - Management and general expenses are items that are
funded primarily by money raised by LCHRC through donations, fees, and fund raising
activities.
