Expenses that can be identified with a specific program or support service are allocated directly according to expenditures classification. Other expenses that are common to several functions are allocated based on management's estimates. Expenses are either program expense, general and administrative, or thrift store and fund raising. The organization's principal programs are related to family violence and sexual assault. N1ost of the funding has been from grants.
