F <br />-I-` - . <br />May 15, 2009 <br />Mr. Shawn Napier, PE <br />City Engineer <br />150 1" Street SE <br />Paris, Texas 75460 <br />1-903-784-9234 <br />Re: Cost estimate for surveying services for the proposed realignment of Collegiate Drive. <br />Mr. Napier, <br />Chalaire Surveying will perform the topographic, right-of-way, and parcel acquisition surveying and related <br />ownership abstracting and right-of-way mapping required for the realignment of Collegiate Drive from the <br />bridge at the northeast corner of Dragon Park south approximately 1500 feet to intersection with Farm Road <br />1507 and approximately 2500 feet along the west side of the new Paris High School site. We will perform <br />these services for a lump sum fee of $ 11,860, based on the attached scope and estimate. <br />Tasks not included in the attached scope will be performed at the following hourly rates: <br />2-man field crew - $90 <br />RPLS - $80 <br />Survey Technician - $60 <br />Abstracting/Administration - $45 <br />This estimate does not include obtaining permission to enter private property.
