Second reading, deliberate and possibly act on an ordinance amending Section 34-22(b), Water Rates and Section 34-23 (a), (b) and (c), Sewer Rates, of Article II, of Chapter 34 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris establishing rates for water and waste water services. (A motion to remove this item from the table is required before deliberating) 13.Hear and deliberate on presentation of possible funding options to widen and lengthen a portion of Collegiate Drive in front of the proposed Paris High School and a portion in front of the Civic Center and deliberate and act on a resolution approving a professional services agreement between the City of Paris and Chalaire Survey for surveying services related to the new Paris High School. 14.Deliberate and act on an Ordinance extending an existing moratorium on the issuance of permits under the City Code of Ordinances and specific use permits under the City Zoning Ordinance for the placement of mobile homes or HLTD-Code manufactured homes on any property located within the corporate city limits of the City of Paris. 15.Deliberate and act on a resolution closing out the contract with Intercon Construction Company, Inc. for demolition of Casa Bonita Apartments and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute all necessary documents. 16.Deliberate and act on authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute a proposal for project management and laboratory services for Asbestos Abatement at One Oak Apartments. 17.Deliberate on the schedule and remaining funding for mowing right-of-ways, City owned properties, and vacant lots and alternate means of maintaining the vacant lots.
