(A motion to remove this item from the table is required before <br />deliberating) <br />13.Hear and deliberate on presentation of possible funding options to <br />widen and lengthen a portion of Collegiate Drive in front of the <br />proposed Paris High School and a portion in front of the Civic <br />Center and deliberate and act on a resolution approving a <br />professional services agreement between the City of Paris and <br />Chalaire Survey for surveying services related to the new Paris <br />High School. <br />14.Deliberate and act on an Ordinance extending an existing <br />moratorium on the issuance of permits under the City Code of <br />Ordinances and specific use permits under the City Zoning <br />Ordinance for the placement of mobile homes or HLTD-Code <br />manufactured homes on any property located within the corporate <br />city limits of the City of Paris. <br />15.Deliberate and act on a resolution closing out the contract with <br />Intercon Construction Company, Inc. for demolition of Casa <br />Bonita Apartments and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate <br />and execute all necessary documents. <br />16.Deliberate and act on authorizing the City Manager to negotiate <br />and execute a proposal for project management and laboratory <br />services for Asbestos Abatement at One Oak Apartments. <br />17.Deliberate on the schedule and remaining funding for mowing <br />right-of-ways, City owned properties, and vacant lots and alternate <br />means of maintaining the vacant lots. <br />
