1VIEMORANDUIVI <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />FROM: Shawn Napier, P. <br />Director Engineeri 1 ning & Development <br />DATE: July 31, 2009 <br />SUBJECT: Exum 250 Addition Final Plat <br />1 have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the final plat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions. <br />1. The Major Thoroughfare Plan identifies portions of Fitzhugh as an arterial level roadway, <br />this will require a 10-foot Right-of-Way dedication along portions of Fitzhugh Street. <br />2. Subinit building and site plans to the Engineering, Planning & Development Department. <br />I recommend approval of the final plat upon submission of a corrected mylar copy with <br />signatures of the surveyor and owners priar to noon on August 7, 2009. <br />cc: Kevin Carruth, City Manager <br />Jim Nelson, R.P.L.S., Nelson Surveying Co. <br />Johnny Exum <br />- 121 <br />w <br />
