The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of this <br />request. <br />One person spoke in favor of the request. One person spoke in opposition to this request and one letter <br />opposing the zoning request was entered into the record. <br />We received a letter signed by two property owners in opposition to the rezoning. Seven properties are <br />located within the 200-foot notification area. These two people own two of the lots that fall within the <br />notification area.
