If the <br />property is not demolished in 30 days the City may demolish, with a$1,000 per <br />day civil penalty. Motion carried unanimously. <br />E. 540 ls` Street N.E.; Lot 3 and 19, City Block 92 - Motion was made by Ryan <br />Lassiter, seconded by Chris Brown, to allow 14 days to secure and 30 days to <br />demolish. If the property is not demolished in 30 days the City may demolish, <br />with a$1,000 per day civil penalty.
