2.6.3 Record Drawings - ENGINEER will prepare and submit to CITY record drawings of <br />completed construction based on information supplied by others. ENGINEER's lump <br />sum fee is $1,000. <br />2.6.4 Warranty Review - ENGINEER will conduct a warranty inspection one year from <br />completion of construction and advise CONTRACTOR of necessary warranty repairs. <br />The lump sum fee shall be $750. <br />2.6.5 Limitation - ENGINEER shall not exceed budgeted amounts far engineering services as <br />identified in the CITY's TxCDBG grant contract without additional authorization by <br />CITY. Services not identified as lump sum are billable at per diem rates, as shown on <br />Exhibit A and paragraph 3(b) hereof. <br />.0 _ 55 <br />
