CITY COUNCIL AGENDA <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in special session <br />at 530 p.m. on Monday, September 21, 2009. The meeting will be held at the City Council <br />Chamber, 107 E. Kaufinan Street, in Paris, Texas. The matters to be discussed and acted <br />upon are as follows: <br />1. Call meeting to order. <br />2. Invocation. <br />3. Pledge of Allegiance. <br />4. Second reading, deliberate and act on an Ordinance of the City Council of the <br />City of Paris, Texas, adopting a budget for the ensuing fiscal period beginning <br />October 1, 2009, and ending September 30, 2010. <br />5. Second reading, deliberate and act on an Ordinance setting the tax rate for the <br />calendar year 2009 for the City of Paris. <br />6. Deliberate and act on the Preliminary Plat of Lot l, Block A, Living Word <br />Assembly of God Church 328 Addition, located at 3515 Bonham Street. <br />7. Deliberate and act on the Preliminary Plat of Lots 9 and 10, Block A, Pecan <br />Place Phase II, located in the 4000 Block of Pine Mill Road. <br />8. Deliberate and act on the Final Plat of Lots 1 and 2, Block A, Coplin Square <br />CB 249 Addition, located in the 3000 Block of Lamar Avenue. <br />9.
