MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />FROM: Shawn NaAie Director og, Plann ing and Development <br />DATE: September 2, 2009 <br />SUBJECT: Pecan Place Phase 11 Preliminary Plat <br />I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. lt appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exceptions. <br />l. Provide an owner name in the Title Block. <br />2. Include Lot and Block data in Title Block. <br />3. Label Block `A' on drawing. <br />4. Show building lines and easement infonnation (Vol. & Page). <br />5. On Vicinity Map identify proposed plat configuration. <br />6. No trees shall be removed until a site plan is submitted showing building foot prints. <br />7. Submit a preliminary drainage plan. <br />8. Master thoroughfare plan shows Pine Mill Road to be a collector level roadway, which <br />will require a] 0 foot R.O.W. dedication. <br />I recoinmend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items, <br />cc: Kevin Carruth, City Manager <br />Brandon Chaney, P.E., R.P.L.S., Chaney Engineering Inc. <br />Brownstone Properties, LP <br />X~~ ~ <br />20 <br />
