MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zoning Coirunission <br />FROM: Shawn Napi P. . <br />Director of 'n ering, Planning and Development <br />DATE: September 8, 2009 <br />SUBJECT: Living Word Assembly of God 328 Addition Preliminary Plat <br />I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. lt appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exceptions. <br />1. Provide a contact person in the Title Block. <br />2. Show building lines and easement information and remove the dashed center lot line. <br />3. Show the existing zoning. <br />4. Add "Approved for Preparation of Final PIaY" above the P&Z Chairman signature block. <br />5. Remove the Certification statement in the lower left hand corner, the Owner's Certificate <br />and any reference to "Final Plat". <br />6.
