S. Discussion of and possible action regarding the following structures consider-ed by code <br />inspectors to be in violation of Article III of Chapter- 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the <br />City of Paris, Paris, Texas, entitled "Substandard and Dangerous Buildings and <br />Structures, " to determine whether such buildings or structures can be i•ehabilitated and <br />designated on the National Registei- of Historic Places, as a recorded Texas Historic <br />Landniar-k, or• as hista-ic propertv as designated by the City Gouncil of the City of'Paris: <br />A. 500 East Hickory; Lot 11, Block 1, Booth Addition <br />B. 209 East Centei ; Lot S, Block- 20, Fairview Addition <br />C. 1126 East Houston; Lot 8-A, City Block 32-C <br />D. 94912`h Street S.E.; Lot 19, Block 1, Gibbons-Braden Addition <br />E. 423 East Neagle; Lot 7 and 8, Block 3, Neagle Addition <br />F. 1690 West Shiloh; Lot 15-16, Block S, Colonial Addition <br />G. 1730 West Walker; Lot 4, Block 1, Coloizial Addition <br />Motion was inade by Ben Vaughan, seconded by Paul Denney, to send all structures to <br />the Building and Standards Commission for demolition since they cannot be rehabilitated <br />nor do they have significant historical value. Motion carried 4-0. <br />6. Receipt of report,from Historic Preservation Officer. <br />Jeanna Scott reported to the Commission. <br />7. Request items for fisture agendas. Meeting with City Manager and City Attorney <br />regarding enforcement of ordinance governing the repair and demolition of Historic <br />Structures. Historic signs and their preservation. <br />8.
