MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />FROM: Shawn Napier <br />Director of E' ring, Planning and Development <br />DATE: September 29, 2009 <br />SUBJECT: Living Word Assembly of God 328 Addition Final Plat <br />I have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the final plat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions. <br />1. Provide a contact person for the church. <br />2. Show building lines and easement information and remove the dashed center lot line. <br />3. Provide a finished floor elevation for the existing buildings. <br />4. Add the monument infonnation for the northwest corner. <br />5. Add a five (5) foot utility easement along Bonham Street and Parc Quest Drive. <br />I recommend approval of the final plat upon submission of a corrected mylar copy with <br />signatures of the surveyor and owners prior to noon on October 8, 2009. <br />cc: Kevin Carruth, City Manager <br />David Holt, Living Word Assembly of God <br />Wendell J.
